Charlie is responsible for the marketing and distribution functions of the Group.

After a short spell in the city, Charlie moved into marketing and developed his career through national and multi-national advertising agencies. As Managing Director of Senior King, a full service marketing communications group, he built the business throughout the nineties and successfully completed a trade sale in 2000.

Between 2001 and joining the Group in 2005, he operated as a consultant for many of the UK's largest holiday brands specialising in change management and strategic development.
