Jeremy has a background in legal and financial structuring. He has been working for a number of years in the building of businesses from an initial idea to sale to major institutions. His experience includes working with the management team of small businesses to secure initial funding, working with private equity providers to finance expansion and structuring businesses in readiness for flotation.

His most recent experience was as co-founder (with Derek Noone) and chief executive of an innovative fund management platform which built over £300m of assets in 18 months before agreeing an exit strategy whereby the company became a 100% subsidiary of Norwich Union. He started his career as a commercial and tax lawyer, working for a number of years with Clifford Turner (now Clifford Chance) before joining the investment banking industry with senior roles at Salomon Brothers, JP Morgan and Sumitomo Finance.
