Peter Lowe and Rob Lucy founded The Parc Investments Group in 1997.

In his early career Peter spent two years working in the City before joining Hurley Bennett in 1988. During his six years at the company he worked in the residential sales, property management and letting departments.

After being made a director in 1992 he became responsible for running one of the Hurley Bennett offices whilst continuing to be active in the residential development and property dealing sides of the business.

In 1994, Peter left Hurley Bennett to set up his own business, Peter Lowe Property Services (PLPS). For six years PLPS dealt successfully all over London for private clients investing in residential property development.
