Bulgaria
Q. What legal support is available in Bulgaria?
A. Buying a Parc property in Bulgaria is a simple and safe process. Contracts have been drawn up by a British Embassy recommended lawyer in Sofia and the signing of these can be completed in the UK. If required, buyers can also instruct their own lawyer and Parc will help with suitable recommendations.
Q. Bulgaria - What affect has EU accession had on the economy?

A. All Parc properties will come with a clear legal title.
Q. Bulgaria - Aren't Bulgarian properties a lower spec than comparable Western European properties?
A. As a rule, yes. However Parc is developing properties as close to UK specification as possible. All will come fully equipped with kitchens and bathrooms, unlike a lot of Bulgarian property. We will also be able to supply a full furniture pack.
Q. Bulgaria - Why buy in the ski regions in Bulgaria?
A. The ski regions in Bulgaria offer outstanding value when compared to many European alternatives. They also have excellent snow records and are often equipped with the latest ski lift equipment. As such, visitor numbers have increased dramatically recently both from foreign visitors and newly affluent locals. Bansko in particular also benefits from both a winter and a summer season and its status as the leading and cosmopolitan ski resort in Bulgaria.
