The Residence,
Grand Anse Beach, Grenada.
'The Residence’ will be located on Grand Anse beach, Grenada and be a landmark, apartment complex with full sea views. This beach is the most famous on the Island and has been voted in the top 4 best beaches in the world by the Daily Telegraph. The Island is now focussed on driving tourism and already airlift is increasing, justifying the Island’s potential as the next Caribbean ‘hot spot’. The complex will be supported by a Spa with outside pool and a beach-front restaurant and bar and boast an extensive range of amenities.
Development Team
This project will be delivered through a partnership comprising:
- Parc Investments Limited (UK) – lead
- Napier Villages Limited (UK) – technical and legal input (with Grenadian experience)
- TVA Consultants (Grenada) – architects and planning
- Faithful & Gould (UK) – construction technical management
- Altman (Grenada) – marketing/sales co-ordination
Current Status
Full planning has been granted for a condominium complex with extensive amenities including a SPA and restaurant. Work is now underway to optimise the design with the short-listed operators who will run the resort as an apart-hotel taking full advantage of its sublime location. As soon as floor plans and schematics are available it is proposed to release a small number of units. This is expected to be Autumn 08.
